Support for contact management and synchronization is provided through the CardDAV protocol, allowing accounts to manage and sync personal and shared address books across devices.
CardDAV
CardDAV is an address book protocol that allows clients to access and manage contact data on a server, enabling personal and shared address books to be synchronized across desktop and mobile applications like Apple Contacts or Thunderbird.
